I have been missing many posts so will be reviewing. Your white work is stunning. Hand embroidered linens are such a treasure and your quilt will be stunning. Your additions of the very vintage feel of yo-yo's is just the right touch. Creative Hearts are Happy Hearts...
Oh goodness, this is going to be a fabulous quilt, what a great idea!! I love the addition of the yo-yo's!! Quilting is one thing I have never tried, I can't wait to see it completed!!!
I know you will love your photo cube, poop, I hate that you did not get the discount, but like you said the price is hard to beat! I just used mine today because the light in my house is so poor and I really struggle with my pictures. Word of warning, It does not come with directions, and I had a heck of a time making something flat into a cube! But, I went back to the website and by looking at the picture I was able to figure it out, you probably won't have a problem, but I can be pretty blonde sometimes lol!
You are so creative, Freda! I would never have thought of using yo-yos to embellish like this, even though I have stacks of patterns that use them to embellish tote bags and other things. I'm hanging around here to see what other brilliant ideas you have that I can 'borrow' ;-)
I'm with you in liking this arrangement of the yo-yo's better. I'm going to have fun watching your quilt evolve - already know it will be a work of art!

It looks really cute with the yo-yo's! :-)
The more you live with it, the more it will focus...I love what you've done with the yo yos!
